1050nm transmission/1070nm reflection laser beam splitter is a high-performance narrowband laser beam splitter based on wavelength selective multilayer dielectric film technology.

  • We use high reflection and high transmission optical film layers, specially designed for separation of near-infrared dual-wavelength lasers (1050nm and 1070nm).
  • It achieves high transmission >97% in the 1050nm band to ensure efficient passage of laser energy, and high reflection (>99.5%) in the 1070nm band, effectively separating the 1070nm wavelength reflection.
  • Expenditure 0-15 degree incident angle. This narrowband laser beam splitter can accurately separate laser beams, reduce interference and loss, and is suitable for improving the integration of multi-wavelength optical systems in multi-band lasers.

1050nm Transmission 1070nm Reflection Laser Beamplitter Applications

1050nm Transmission 1070nm Reflection Laser Beamplitter is mainly used in the following scenarios:

  1. Fiber laser processing system
    Separate 1050nm signal light from 1070nm high-power processing light, transmit 1050nm light for high-speed camera imaging, and reflect 1070nm light to focus on the processing point. This filter can be used for 1050nm/1070nm dual-wavelength laser cutting and welding
  2. LiDAR
    In multi-wavelength LiDAR detection for autonomous driving, a laser beam splitter is used at the receiving end to reflect the 1070nm echo signal to the detector and transmit the 1050nm ambient light noise, thereby expanding the dynamic range of LiDAR and improving the signal-to-noise ratio.
  3. Medical laser equipment
    By separating the treatment light from the navigation light, the 1070nm treatment laser (such as lipolysis or vascular closure) is reflected to the lesion, and the 1050nm navigation light (OCT imaging) is transmitted to achieve real-time tissue tomography
  4. Scientific research spectral analysis
    In the ultrafast pump-probe experiment, the 1050nm pump light is transmitted to excite the sample, and the 1070nm detection light is reflected to collect the transient absorption signal.
