Near Infrared Window With Anti Reflective Coating 1300-1600nm Description
The 1300nm-1600nm anti-reflective coating (AR Coating) near-infrared window is an optical window designed for the near-infrared band. We use precise multi-layer coating technology to reduce the surface reflectivity of optical lenses in the range of 1300-1600nm. Improve the transmittance.
- The transmittance of this window is greater than 95% in the range of 1300-1600nm, which significantly reduces the surface reflectivity. The near-infrared band of 1300-1600nm covers the main wavelength of optical fiber communication 1310nm/1550nm, laser radar and medical laser common wavelengths, achieving uniform low reflection in the entire band.
- The substrate we use is white glass, which has an extremely low iron content, so its own absorption rate is low, especially in the visible light and near-infrared region, with higher transmittance. Because the base glass itself has a high transmittance, coupled with multi-layer interference coating technology, the overall efficiency of the film layer will be better.

1300nm-1600nm Anti Reflective Coatings NIR Windows Applications
- Fiber Optic Communication
Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA) and wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) devices in fiber optic communication systems need to efficiently transmit optical signals at wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm, but optical interface reflections will reduce signal strength and cause echo interference, affecting transmission distance and stability. 1300nm-1600nm Anti Reflective Coatings NIR Windows can reduce the energy loss of optical signals on the window surface through ultra-low reflectivity and improve transmission efficiency. - Laser Processing
The output end of high-power laser cutting and welding equipment needs to protect the internal optical components from contamination, and at the same time prevent the reflected light from returning to the resonant cavity to cause thermal damage or mode instability. This optical window can maintain high transmittance in the 1300-1600nm band while isolating dust and water vapor. - Medical Imaging
OCT technology uses near-infrared light near 1300nm for high-resolution imaging of biological tissues, but optical probe interface reflections will reduce the signal-to-noise ratio and affect imaging clarity. This near-infrared window can enhance signal penetration and improve deep tissue detection capabilities. Provides clearer blood vessel and retinal imaging to assist in early lesion identification.
