2000 to 14000 nm Infrared Silicon Optical Window Description
2000-14000nm Silicon IR Window is a high-performance optical window designed for the mid-to-far infrared (2-14μm) band. This window excels in wide-band infrared transmission, environmental adaptability and long-term stability.
- It maintains excellent transmission performance in the wide-band 2-14μm range, with a transmittance greater than or equal to 80%, and is especially suitable for 8-14μm atmospheric windows to meet the needs of thermal imaging and far-infrared detection.
- We optimize the Anti reflective coating design for the 2-14μm band to significantly reduce surface reflection losses.
We use silicon as the substrate, and the Mohs hardness of the silicon substrate reaches level 7, with excellent scratch resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions. And it has excellent thermal stability and adapts to temperature fluctuations from -50°C to 200°C. - We support customization of 0.5-1000mm silicon windows to adapt to various optical system integrations.

2000-14000nm Silicon IR Window Applications
- Security monitoring
Traditional optical glass is almost opaque in the long-wave infrared band, while germanium materials are expensive and fragile, and cannot meet the needs of continuous monitoring in all-weather and harsh environments. As a protective window for infrared cameras, the 2000-14000nm noble window can use its high transmittance to capture the target thermal radiation signal while protecting the internal sensor from dust, moisture and mechanical damage. - Medical equipment
Medical laser systems require high-transmittance windows to ensure efficient energy transmission, and non-toxic, disinfectant-resistant materials. This 2000-14000nm silicon window can be used as a laser output window or endoscope infrared imaging component to efficiently transmit laser energy or human tissue thermal radiation signals. Ensure laser energy concentration - Autonomous driving LiDAR
Vehicle-mounted sensors require lightweight, vibration-resistant protective windows, and need to maintain stable infrared transmission performance in rain, snow, and dusty environments. This infrared window can be used as a protective cover for LiDAR or night vision cameras, transmitting infrared signals and resisting vibration and gravel impact during driving. The high speed ensures that LiDAR can accurately detect obstacles, and the anti-vibration design avoids blurred images.
