HEX PCR Filter Set Description
The HEX filter set produced by Coligh is specially designed for PCR.
- The design of excitation peak 530nm, emission peak 560nm and narrow bandwidth 20nm can closely match HEX dyes and maximize the capture of fluorescence signals
- The dichroic mirror 550nm can efficiently separate excitation light and emission light, minimizing light path crossover
- The cutoff depth of OD>6 can suppress the interference of laboratory lights and stray light, improve the signal-to-noise ratio, and enhance the detection of extremely weak fluorescence signals
- This filter set can also be used to adapt to other fluorescent dyes, such as VIC, JOE and Tamra, and can be expanded to qPCR and high-pass sequencing
