MWDM Communication Filter Description
MWDM (Medium Wavelength Division Multiplexing) is designed for 5G fronthaul networks, data center interconnection and high-density wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) systems. The MWDM filter supplied by Coligh can efficiently separate or combine optical signals of specific wavelengths to ensure low loss and high isolation. It has the following features:
- The MWDM filter uses a hard coating process to ensure low loss when the optical signal passes through, improving network transmission efficiency.
- It has excellent optical signal isolation capabilities, effectively reduces crosstalk between channels, improves signal quality, and ensures the stability and reliability of data transmission.

MWDM Communication Filter Applications
MWDM uses wavelength multiplexing technology to achieve efficient multi-channel transmission under limited optical fiber resources. Mainly application is in the following aspects:
- MWDM communication filters can support 6-channel or 12-channel wavelength Fuyong in 5G fronthaul, reducing the occupation of optical fiber resources
- MWDM filters can be used in data center interconnection, combined with silicon photonic engine (SiP) technology to build a high-speed optical interconnection matrix and improve broadband utilization
- Metropolitan area networks and optical transmission networks have high requirements for bandwidth, stability and cost control.
