FAQs
First to decide the filter types according to your application. Then select the center wavelength or cut on cut off wavelength, choose the bandwidth, decide on the blocking range, angle of incidence, filter size, clear aperture and thickness etc. Once the specification are determimed, the filters can be produced using our techniques.
We provide bandpass filters, longpass filters, ultra-narrow band filters, ultra-wideband filters, single-band filters, multi-band filters, notch filters, and multi-channel notch filters covering the spectral range from 200nm to 14000nm.
The transmission rate of our bandpass filters can reach over 99%, and the reflection rate can reach above 99.8%.
For industrial and consumer applications, the blocking depth typically ranges from OD3 to OD4. For medical and life sciences applications, the blocking depth is above OD4. Our regular stock filters have blocking depths of OD5 or OD6 and above, meeting the requirements for deep blocking and high transmission.
Most regular filter manufacturers can only achieve angles from 0° to about 35°, and they cannot guarantee the stability of transmission and center wavelength. We can support custom filters with an angle of incidence range from 0° to 85°.
