486-1700nm Broadband Laser Mirrors Description
486-1700nm Broadband Laser Mirrors is an ultra-high reflectivity optical mirror designed for multi-band laser systems.
- It covers a wide spectral range of 486–1700nm, from visible light 486-750nm to near infrared 800-1700nm. It can process visible light guide light and near infrared interactive light. A single lens meets the needs of multi-wavelength systems.
- We use fused quartz as the substrate and combine the coating process of multi-layer dielectric films to achieve a reflectivity of the key wavelengths 1064nm and 1080nm close to the theoretical limit, with a reflectivity of 99.97% at 1064nm and 99.77% at 1080nm.
- We optimize the film structure independently for different bands of 486-750nm, 800-950nm and 1100-1700nm to ensure that the reflectivity of the entire band is >98.5%.
We accept customization of various laser reflection bands specified by customers and customized incident angles, shapes, thicknesses, environmental adaptability, etc.

486-1700nm Broadband Laser Mirrors Applications
486-1700nm Broadband Laser Mirrors are widely used in the following scenarios:
- Laser systems
The high reflectivity of 1064 nm and 1080 nm (>99.9%) is suitable for Nd:YAG lasers and fiber lasers. Broadband laser mirrors can be used for metal cutting, welding and 3D printing to reduce energy loss and improve processing efficiency - Spectral imaging
The high reflectivity of 486–750 nm visible light (98.89%) can be applied to precision imaging systems (such as microscopes, satellite remote sensing cameras) to improve image signal-to-noise ratio - Multispectral imaging
800–950 nm and 1100–1700 nm bands support chemical analysis, biomedical testing (such as OCT imaging) and environmental monitoring (gas sensing, water quality analysis) - Fiber optic communications
1100–1700 The high reflectivity of 1000 nm (99.77%) is suitable for long-distance high-fiber networks such as optical splitters and wavelength division multiplexers (WDM) - Astronomical telescopes
The wide spectrum coverage function can support visible light and near-infrared astronomical observations (such as stellar spectral analysis)
