560/25 688/15 OD6 Dual Bandpass Filter Description
560/25 688/15 OD6 dual-band bandpass filter allows efficient transmission of two bands, 548-574nm and 680-696nm.
- This design is suitable for simultaneously detecting the emission signals of two different fluorescent dyes, such as Alexa Fluor 555 (emission peak is about 570nm) and Alexa Fluor 680 (emission peak is about 700nm).
- We use multi-layer dielectric coating technology and optical interference design to accurately control the position and width of the two passbands.
- The transmittance in both passbands is higher than >90%. The high transmittance improves the intensity and signal-to-noise ratio of the fluorescence signal.
- In addition, in the non-passband area, the cutoff depth exceeds OD6, which effectively cuts off the excitation light scattering and ambient stray light.

560/25 688/15 OD6 Dual Bandpass Filter Applications
560/25 688/15 OD6 Dual Bandpass Filter is mainly used in the field of life sciences:
- Fluorescence microscope
Dual-bandpass filters are often used to detect two fluorescent markers at the same time. 560/25nm can detect yellow or orange fluorescent proteins (such as mCherry). 688/15 nm can detect red fluorescent proteins or near-infrared dyes (such as Alexa Fluor 680). And capture two different colors of fluorescent signals in one imaging - Multiphoton imaging
560/25 688/15 OD6 Dual Bandpass Filter can selectively transmit specific excitation wavelengths and fluorescence emission bands, suppress interference light, and is commonly used in Raman spectroscopy or dual channels - Flow cytometer
In flow cytometers, it is usually necessary to detect multiple fluorescently labeled cell surface antigens or intracellular molecules at the same time. Dual-band filters can directly separate two signals in the detection light path to achieve high-throughput multicolor analysis.
