Reflective Flat Protected Gold Mirrors Description
As a professional gold mirrors manufacturer, we use ion beam sputtering coating process to precisely control the film thickness.
- The gold mirrors or reflectors we produce can achieve a reflectivity of more than 98% in the near-infrared to far-infrared bands, with a uniformity better than ±5%, ensuring that energy loss is minimized in a wide spectral range.
- The chemically inert cavity of the gold film layer can work stably for a long time in strong acid/alkali, high humidity, and salt spray environments, and can also support a wide temperature range.
- In addition to high-reflectivity metals, we can also deposit a layer of inorganic oxides such as SiO2 on the surface to prevent the metal surface from being scratched or oxidized.
- Our gold-plated reflectors use a high adhesion process to ensure that the gold film adheres firmly to the substrate, is not easy to peel off or crack, and can adapt to long-term use and high-intensity work to remain stable.
We support flexible size customization within 500mm. The lenses can be processed into round, square or special shapes according to customer needs to adapt to specific optical systems.
- There are multiple substrate materials to choose from, such as fused quartz, silicon, copper or aluminum, zinc selenide, etc.
