Zinc Sulfide Dome （ZnS）
Zinc sulfide dome is a spherical cover made of zinc sulfide. Coligh specializes in manufacturing <500mm zinc sulfide spherical crowns, hemispherical domes, Ω-type ultra-hemispherical domes, and zinc sulfide notched domes.

Zinc sulfide Multispectral Optical Dome Description
The zinc sulfide dome produced by Coligh is prepared by CVD chemical vapor deposition process.
- With excellent infrared transmission performance, penetrating 0.4-14um, and the transmittance is greater than 70% in LWIR 8-12um, which can adapt to SWIR, MWIR, LWIR and other bands.
- The surface Mohs hardness is 3.5, with adaptability to extreme environments, thermal expansion coefficient ≤6×10⁻⁶/℃, and can withstand instantaneous temperature changes without cracking or distortion.
- In addition, it is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, which can meet the long-term use needs of marine equipment and extend the service life of equipment.
- We can customize complex geometric designs with a maximum processing diameter of 500mm, and can coat on the basis of substrates, such as DLC, ITO film, anti-reflection film, reflective film, etc.
