Zinc Sulfide Optical Multispectral Windows Description
Coligh specializes in the production of various high-precision, high-performance zinc sulfide (ZnS) multispectral windows. Our ZnS windows feature the following highlights:
- Broad Spectral Coverage: Transmittance from visible light (400-700 nm) to near-infrared (NIR), mid-infrared (MIR), and far-infrared, supporting the design of multispectral systems and suitable for multimodal imaging systems, such as visible light + infrared fusion detection.
- Exceptional Mechanical Properties: With a flexural strength of ≥68 MPa, a low thermal expansion coefficient of 7.2×10⁻⁶/℃, and a Knoop hardness (kg/mm²)>160, our ZnS windows can operate stably in extreme environments, such as aerospace and industrial inspection applications.
- Low Absorption Loss: An absorption coefficient of <0.01 cm⁻¹ (@10.6 μm) minimizes thermal lensing effects, making them ideal for high-power laser systems.
- We support the production of large-size windows (up to ≤1000 mm), meeting the demands of large-scale optical systems.
- Our ZnS windows can be customized into various shapes, including flat, spherical, aspherical, or irregular structures (e.g., rings, polygons), to adapt to complex optical designs.
Additionally, we offer customized coating services, such as anti-reflective coatings, high-reflective coatings, and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings, to enhance performance for specific applications.
